Bill Smart in Fairbanks, Alaska calls APE/J&M when the going gets tough.

This Foster 1700 was limited to the pile it could drive because of its attachment. APE/J&M was able to drill the bottom of the gear box so a caisson beam could be installed. Not only can Smart Construction drive/extract pipe pile up to 7’ diameter, with the caisson to sheet adaptor Bill can go from wood to concrete to sheets and back to pipe pile in just a few short minutes. Just goes to show Smart Construction has made the smart decision by going with J&M for his foundation equipment needs.
